Refund Policy

This policy describes when and how you can get a refund for services purchased on nocodeon.click. Billing is handled by our Merchant of Record partner Paddle.com Market Ltd, who processes all refunds according to this policy.

1. Subscription cancellation rights

All monthly and annual subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your dashboard (Settings → Subscription).

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period — you keep full access until then.
  • No charge upon cancellation — the next month/year simply will not be billed.
  • After cancellation, the account reverts to the FREE plan. Your projects remain saved for 90 days, and TopUp tokens are frozen (restored when you return to a paid plan).

2. 14-day cooling-off period

In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive and Serbian Consumer Protection Law, you have a 14-day cooling-off period for all digital services — with one key exception:

When you begin using the platform (consume any tokens, generate an AI call, deploy an app), you agree to waive your 14-day right of withdrawal for that specific billing month. Reason: the digital service supplied (AI tokens, hosting, bandwidth) has been consumed and cannot be returned.

What this means in practice:

  • If you pay for the subscription and do NOT log in / do NOT consume any tokens within the first 14 days → you are entitled to a full refund.
  • If you pay and start using the platform (any AI call, deploy, generated image) → cancellation is possible but without a refund for the current month.
  • Annual subscriptions: the 14-day period starts from the date of first payment. After 14 days OR after first use, annual subscriptions are not refunded pro-rata.

3. TopUp packages

TopUp packages (TopUp 15 = €15 / 20M tokens, TopUp 30 = €30 / 45M tokens) are one-time purchases tied to an active subscription:

  • TopUp refund is possible only within the first 14 days if no tokens from that package have been consumed.
  • If any token from a TopUp package is consumed, the package is considered delivered and non-refundable.
  • On monthly subscription cancellation, TopUp tokens are frozen, not deleted. When you return to a paid plan, they will be waiting for you.

4. Add-ons and custom domain purchases

  • Email tier add-on (Plus €0.99, Pro €4.99, Scale €19.99): same rules as subscriptions — refund possible if emails have NOT been used in the first 14 days.
  • Custom domain purchases: nocodeon is only Hostinger's affiliate partner. The domain is purchased directly from Hostinger; their refund rules apply. See hostinger.com/legal/refund-policy.

5. Technical errors and downtime

If nocodeon.click is unavailable for more than 24 hours within a single month (verified via our status page), you are entitled to a pro-rata credit or refund for that calendar week.

  • Planned maintenance (announced 48h in advance) does not count as downtime.
  • Third-party outages (Google/Anthropic/Paddle) are absorbed by us up to 24h, beyond that the above rule applies.

6. What we DO NOT refund

We never refund:

  • Consumed AI tokens (Fast/Medium/Advanced — any level)
  • Generated images (Nano Banana, Nano Pro)
  • AdMob revenue already generated and distributed
  • Custom domain already registered with Hostinger (their rules)
  • Accounts closed due to ToS violations (abuse, spam, illegal content)
  • Currency conversion differences (we bill in EUR; your bank may convert with a fee)

7. How to request a refund

Contact us at billing@nocodeon.click with the following information:

  • Your email registered on nocodeon.click
  • Purchase date and amount
  • Reason for refund (brief, one sentence)
  • Paddle transaction ID (find it in the email you received after billing)

Processing time: we will respond within 3 working days. If the refund is approved, Paddle issues payment back to the same payment method within 5-10 working days (depending on the bank).

8. Disputes and ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution)
